Stephen Gray is a practitioner, author, and entrepreneur in the field of international conflict resolution. After five years as a practitioner in Myanmar, much of his current work involves applied research and advice to international organizations, international non-profit organizations, and public and private donors, where possible incorporating complexity theory and systems thinking. Stephen is the Director of Adapt Research and Consulting.
