The International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) is Looking for a Part-Time Budget Administrator

Job Summary

Working closely with other ICCCR employees with budgetary responsibility, the Budget Administrator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the research and general operations budgets of the ICCCR. This includes processing various requisitions and payments, overseeing compliance with TC policy on honoraria payments and submitting said payments, preparing salary payments for Adjunct Faculty, Graduate Assistants, and Research Assistants, submitting reimbursements, requesting contracts, and making requisite budget transfers, as necessary. The position will be responsible for tracking all of these transactions and ensuring that funds are encumbered and budget lines are balanced.
