Launch of the full version of The Missing Peace: Independent Progress Study on Youth, Peace and Security | Ministerial side-event to the 73rd session of the General Assembly

AC⁴ was part of the Steering Committee for and proudly contributed a case study to The Progress Study, which documents young people’s positive involvement in sustaining peace and identifies innovative practices on the ground. This Global study was developed through a uniquely participatory research process, including face-to-face discussions (focus group discussions, regional and national consultations) with a total of 4,230 young people from 157 countries as well as research in 27 countries, surveys and mapping exercises. The objective was to develop an operational report proposing a forward-looking agenda for the international community, including practical recommendations for the peace and security community to work with young people in new ways. #youth4peace
