The Conflict and Peace Studies Program at UNCG is seeking to fill an Assistant Professor- Tenure Track position to begin August 1, 2013.
The successful candidate will teach a five course annual load of graduate and undergraduate courses on campus and online, serve as an academic advisor to students, collaborate with and advise colleagues and the Director in development of curriculum, workshops, facilitations, and training, engage in academic research activities, maintain a professional profile through research and/or professional service and participate in community service.
The Conflict and Peace Studies Program is one of ten departments and programs in the School of Health and Human Sciences (www.uncg.edu/hhs/). The diversity of faculty and students in the School is 20% and 30% respectively. The School has a particular interest in identifying members of underrepresented groups to join the UNCG faculty and staff.
