Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers v. EPA
After the EPA made a determination that its greenhouse gas emissions standards for light-duty vehicles were appropriate, automobile manufacturers challenged the rule in the D.C. Circuit. California moved to intervene, and Connecticut announced its attention to do so. The Trump administration announced its intention to reconsider the rule, and the automobile manufacturers voluntarily dismissed their challenge.
