Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Revisions to “Green Guides” for Environmental Marketing Claims
The FTC “Green Guides” are intended to clarify what types of environmental marketing claims marketers can make without being unfair or deceptive. The guides include instructions for marketing carbon offsets and renewable energy, among other things.
