Daniella Khadivi joined the Sabin Center in February 2016 as a Communications Consultant.  Her role is to raise the Center’s visibility, coordinate communications activities, as well as, publicize publications and events. She also oversees the Center’s social media outlets and manages other outreach efforts with the press and partners.

In addition, Daniella is the Founder of Citizen Global, a consultancy that provides local insights and strategic planning in support of projects around the world that are making positive impacts on people and communities.

Prior to joining the Sabin Center, Daniella was with the office of the UN Assistant Secretary-General in New York covering the UN Peacebuilding Support. She has also worked with UNICEF and partners on specific sectors focusing on Education, Child Protection, Health and Nutrition, Water and Environmental Sanitation, and Women’s issues in New York, Haiti, Afghanistan, Sudan, Tunisia, Libya, Myanmar, Cameroon, Chad, Ukraine, Uganda, amongst other locations.

Daniella has an M.A. in International Journalism from the City University of London and a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and minor in French from the University of Texas at Austin.
