Cynthia Thomson
Assistant Director, M.A. Program in Climate and Society
Cynthia Thomson is the Associate Director of the M.A. Program in Climate and Society. Cynthia is interested in the connections between climate, the environment and society. She is particularly interested in how these connections can be communicated to society at large. Cynthia has worked on these issues in the pacific region having spent time in Vanuatu, Fiji and the Cook Islands. Cynthia has a B.A. in Geography from the University of Ottawa and an M.A. in Climate and Society from Columbia University.
